Like other vendors of digital products, we cannot normally give refunds for delivered products.

We retain the copyright to the maps.

You may not distribute copies or replications of our download file.

You can do what you like with prints of the maps. If you distribute or make commercial use of prints, please publicize our copyright.

If you mark up a map with your own data, you can of course do what you like with your new map. It would be nice if you acknowledge the source of the underlying basemap ("Avalon Maps" is sufficient).
